Cancellation Policy

In order to reserve and secure a date/time for your event with BIGflixx, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE "Reservation Fee" will be required. Should you need to cancel your event once it has been reserved and officially placed on the BIGFlixx calendar, please contact us at least 24-48 hours prior to your event date. You will be charged your 50% "Reservation Fee" only. These fees are assessed due to the fact that BIGflixx reserved your date and time on our calendar and lost the ability to earn revenue on that day. PLEASE NO EXCEPTIONS. *Should there be an unavoidable circumstance such as bad weather (Hi winds 21 mph+, rain or thunderstorms) or a family emergency, a full refund will be considered upon confirmation of the above or you may simply reschedule your event for another day.
